I vote Poly. It has a more quiet, casual atmosphere. The Boardwalk is a fun place to go drinking, but it's a bit too busy for me.

I decided to move to the Polynesian. The monorail access and wife made the decission easy. Now I can not decide on where to eat on our last night of DDP. I have a DD13 and DS11. I want to chill out at the resort the last two days. I have Ohana already and was wondering if I should keep Chef Mickey or Crystal Palace or made a reservation at Kona?? Thanks for everyone's input.

I think you will love POLY!!! We have stayed at both within the last 18 months and I loved the Poly - a little disappointed with BWI, it's in serious need of a rehab.

In terms of dining for your last night - the food at Kona is great, but if you want a special character experience on your last night, go to Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace. Try Kona for breakfast! You will not be disappointed!

Your kids are older-how much are they into the character meal thing? Do they prefer certain characters over another? Between CP and CM, I think that Crystal Palace is the better meal.

Kona is a wonderful restaurant. You can't go wrong with any meal there. I would pick Kona for dinner.
