Please convince me that I have made a good choice (surprising DH and DD and want it to be a perfect trip) :flower:

You will LOVE it!
The pre-planning is great! Contact the IPO at their email address which you can find on the Concierge thread of this board...Introduce yourself and give them your reservation number. Let them know of any priority seating requests, room requests, etc. If you would like to have gifts waiting for your family when you check in, they can do that for you as well. All they will need is a credit card #.
The lounge is beautiful and the staff VERY friendly. In particular, Pete, Don and Laura are wonderful - also Robin.
Breakfast consisted of cereal, chocolate croissants, pastries, fabulous fruit (strawberries, pineapple, canteloupe and honewdew..and different bagels. Thety have whole and skim milk, cjhocolate milk, apple juice and a great new machine which makes cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate, etc.
We had a Deluxe room this trip. These rooms look out over the Boardwalk and Lake. It was AWESOME!
Ask for PS at Flying Fish one night! You won't be disappointed

You have picked my favorite place to stay. It is by far the best on property, IMO. The IPO is great and the cast of the Innkeeper's Club is wonderful. They are there to make sure your trip is as magical as can be. Jackie, Robin, Scott, Ilia, and Laura are just the best in making miricles happen!!! The rooms are beautiful and the lounge is roomy and comfortable. If you have any specific questions ask away. i have been staying there for the past 4 years at least twice a year!

Yep, I agree. The BWI CL is fantastic! The lounge is elegant and small, giving it an intimate feeling. The CMs are wonderful and very friendly, and the pre-planning staff is great. Enjoy the BWI!

Is the lounge always open or is it like BC where it closes periodically? Is it bigger than the BC lounge? I have only stayed CL once and it was at BC so I can only compare it to that. (hopefully a problem I can remedy over time. :teeth: At BC, we ran into trouble with getting a table some mornings and there never seemed to be any plates. Don't get me wrong, we loved BC CL, just want to try something different.

When we were there is was always open. It's also got less of a "restaurant" feel to it--comfortable sofas and chairs, and a few tables and chairs.

While it's not my favorite CL, it's right up there!! It had a B&B feel to it.

Yes, the lounge stays open all day. If you need something that you don't see, just ask. The cast members have a desk right in the lounge and are there to help you. The lounge is much bigger than the one at the BC, it is so much more comfortable also. By around 8 am it was pretty busy, but never had a problem with no plates. Like I said the cast members are right there to help. You really are going to enjoy it there.
