BW & YC question

Does anyone know how many floors there are at these two hotels? I have a friend who wants to stay there, but prefers a room a little higher up. I know these aren't 'high-rise' places, but can't remember if there's only 3 floors, or more like 5 or 6.

YC has 5 floors (with the top being Concierge)

Not sure about BW, we have been there, but never stayed there. They look about the same though...

Actually, the YC has 5 floors with the 5th floor being concierge. I believe the BW technically has 4 floors, but the rooms are above the shops. The 4th floor is for concierge. The Swan/Dolphin is much higher if that helps.
