BW refill mug question

I've read mixed responses..can you refill your mug at the main pool or do you have to walk to the Boardwalk Bakery? Thank you.

If the pool bar is open, we have had no problems asking the bartender to refill our mugs. There is not a fill-your-own soda dispenser there like there is at other resorts.
