BW Annual Meeting Date?

Does anyone know the date of the shareholder meeting this year for Boardwalk? I would like to try and go this year but I haven't seen anything that lists the dates.

We will all be notifed by mail about the dates for the annual meetings and I don't think the dates have been set yet.

Last year the OKW meeting was Nov 30 and BWV's was Dec 7. The meetings are interesting and worth attending if you are nearby. They are quite structured, but do have an opportunity for some limited interaction with board members both during and after the meeting itself.

I have attended several OKW annual meetings. I find it interesting & well worth my time & eforts. It is also a good opportunity to meet DVC cast members. Last year at the OKW annual meeting a member asked about planning ahead to attend the meeting, & we were told that the OKW annual meeting is scheduled for the Thursday after Thanksgiving.

A side note - I encourage any DVC member who has a question/concern/problem, etc. to talk to a cast member. The CMs have been VERY friendly, informative, helpful, etc.

Are these general DVC type meetings, or specific to the resort?

We'll be at WDW at the same time as the OKW meeting (at this point, on that day we will be STAYING at OKW), but we are BWV owners. Would it be worth it to go to the OKW meeting?

Definitely go to the meeting. It provides general DVC information AND info specific to the resort, but members are welcome to attend any of the meetings.
There is a nice breakfast provided and usually some small token gifts (pins last year).

Last Dec, I arrive too late for the OKW meeting, but did attend the BWV meeting. You should register in advance (there is a phone registration available- it is very simple)- we registered the day before right from WDW.
