BUZZ's Brigade - TEAM CHALLENGE - POST MILES/HOURS HERE

I'm sorry, team, I neglected to post my mileage. 6.2 miles/2 hours. (Every little bit helps... :guilty: )
 
I had a better experience with the sport beans yesterday. I did 4.94 miles in 1:04:10! I'm gonna be sooooo ready for that 10K on Memorial Day. I'm actually going to start running the course with a friend starting next weekend. That way I get a "sneak peek". ;) Actually, our local Fleet Feet sets up a water station at the top of "the hill" on Saturday's and Sunday's. :thumbsup2

Chris - I have a question about our results for this week. Do we need to give numbers for last Friday - yesterday, and then report today's totals separate since today is May? :confused3 Just want to make things easier for you. :thumbsup2

Congrats on the run. Those sports beans are a life saver.

For the results just post them as normal. Friday through today. Different teams are doing things different ways, but I think most are sticking with this way.
 

My totals for Fri 4/25 through this morning, Thursday 5/1 --
48.09 miles
5 hours and 35 minutes (335 minutes)
 
This week I actually got my whole family out (DH & 4 kids) and we walked nearly 5 miles in a warmup for Bloomsday this coming Sunday. They were complaining by the end and it was rather slow, but I think with a few adjustments, they'll make the nearly 8 mile course just fine....I hope. We're going for fun, not time.

So, my totals for the week:

6.73 miles
2 hours, 15 minutes

That's all running - apparently I didn't do any upper body or core work all week:confused3 (I was actually surprised when I looked at my log and realized that).
 
I was doing so well the last couple of weeks... then LTO. Had an unplanned trip to the doc with DD on Tuesday afternoon, killer migraine Wed and today, went to see "Riverdance" last night, all of which combined to totally screw up all my workout plans.

Miles: 7.85
Hours: 2:08 (128 minutes)

Hi team!!! I just had a moment to pop in to say hi.. and guess what.. my show opens tonight.. so... that means starting next week my life will start to return to normal!!! YAY!! Sooo back to WISHing.. and taking care of me!! I miss you all soooo much.. and am so jealous of the Minnie team!! I really wish I was there.. called them to tell em so too!! ;)

I will be back starting next week... Love and miss you all!! Happy to see you have all been playing nice during my absence.. oh.. and don't worry.. I have logged some miles! Not too many.. but.. enough! :)

I have tried to talk myself (and DH) into the NYC half, but maybe another year. :rolleyes1 Again, I think it may be too much too soon. One day I WILL though.:thumbsup2
 
Hi All, I need to go check out the posts as I am so far behind. I'm just killing some time as I replace my wife's hard drive, OK the laptop hard drive not hers. Heck she was all excited when I told her I'd get her some more memory while I was out. Boy was she disappointed when I told her it was also for the computer.

Anyway here are my totals for the week.

Running: 19 miles so that is about 190 minutes
Cross train: 70 minutes

I hope to get a bicycle soon so I can post a lot more miles.
