Jackie, Great job on the negative splits!! You were speeding along there!! I know with this foot injury, it was really getting me down. I had to do just what you did..break it down to small pieces. The 5K sounds like it just might be the boost you need!
Valentine/Kathy, thanks for taking the time from your busy rehearsal schedule to update the list!
Chris, hope you get that sun and warm temps this weekend!!
Leslie, I see you have Everest Challenge in your siggie. Do you have a team mate? I already added YOUR name to the event calendar!!

Just checking in to say good morning to everyone!!! Hey Karen.. I'm Sorry.. seemed I missed your Birthday.. soooo Belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
My jaw dropped when she did that!! Heck, it dropped when they were doing 8 mph!!
I seriously don't think my legs could move that fast!
Took a short walk with one of my kids today to make up for any running I missed.
Ive been reading back over the old post trying to glean the proper way of posting my mileage and times. Lets see if I got it right. Total miles-Start on Saturday and end on Friday. Time-cumulative. X-Training & treadmill -count in totals. Sound right or am I missing the mark?
