Hi Buzzies….
Kathy (Valentine) – Hope the Annie rehearsals are going well.

that it feels better quickly. Good Luck & Have Fun on your Half Marathon next weekend.
Allile – Congratulations on meeting your challenge of increasing your miles & minutes.
Wendy – Hope the marathon movie gave you the morale boost you needed.
Pat – Yay on the puppy sleeping through the night. That is so cute that she wants to get on the TM with you.
Kathy (NYcpa) – I'm with you on wishing it would warm up so that I can get outside.
Cam – Hope the ankle is feeling better.

I’m sorry work has been so stressful for you lately. Hoping it eases up a bit soon. In the meantime, please try to take a few minutes for yourself to de-stress. We don’t want you getting sick.
Jill – Congratulations on getting a workout in when you didn’t feel like it.
Anne – Hope your out of town trip last weekend was a fun one!
Chris – Yay for having a working TM again. I don’t know how you do it being outside in brutal conditions.
Eva – Did you & your girls make it to WDW?
Duane – Hope your procedure went well. Good Luck & Have Fun at your Half Marathon on Sunday.
Cindy – Congratulations on getting some XT in.

Hope work slows down a bit for you.
John -
Leslie & Michelle –

to the team!
As for me….life has been crazy

lately. Sean(DS) & his DGF moved in with us to save some money. (for anyone that doesn’t know…they are due to have a baby in May) So, I have been cleaning out our spare bedroom (which is more like a giant closet – it is amazing as to how much crap you can accumulate over the years -

) to be the baby’s room. I’ve also been working on the Baby Shower with Marie’s mom, and working on planning details/research for an Alaskan Cruise we are doing with friends this summer. But…thanks to the team challenge I am still making sure to get my workouts in…so…Thank You team for keeping me motivated.

Been having issues again with my right hip, piriformis muscle, IT Band and had a little bit of trouble with my left knee, so I have been making sure to stretch multiple times a day, doing strength/weight training at least 2 times a week, and doing lots of biking & elliptical instead of the TM. The good news to that is my miles have been higher.

I did walk on the TM last night & threw in a couple of 1 min. jogs. Legs felt pretty good so I will probably add more TM work now. I am still planning on doing the bike at least 2 days a week so that should hopefully keep my miles up somewhat.
Here is my stats for 2-22-08 – 2-28-08:
Miles – 19.3
Time – 8:35
GREAT JOB team in putting in your steps!
Have a GREAT weekend!
Keep Moving Forward to Infinity and Beyond!
