Buzz Pictures...anyone else have problems

I'm really bummed...I emailed some of my pics of my son and I on buzz and when I saw them on the screen there they were fine, but when I touched them to bring up the photo my son disapeared from the picture. I figured, ah no biggie when we get home it will be just like it was when I first saw it on the screen. But no...it's like he wasn't even on the ride with me.
I do have one where all you can see is the back of his head because he was turned around. Anyone else notice this happening? Someone was obviously sitting there...there's a score He's going to be so sad.

If the original picture did not turn out then they will let you reride, usually fastpass, I think. Sorry about it and time to go back for more photos, lol. Are you sure that your son was with you? i think the photo is of you and one of the hitchhiking ghosts from the Mansion.

We had similar problems, and one photo didn't turn out at all but we were in two separate cars that time. I also sent one to the wrong email using.com instead of .net.

That is so bizarre - how did you make your son disappear from the photo?? That is a new one for me. The problem that I encountered a LOT on my December DLR trip was that none of the pictures were coming out at all. They must have been having some real technical difficulties that weekend because every time we got off the ride and stood in line for e-mailing the pictures, I could see the screens and there were lots of people's photos not showing. Folks were disappointed. I mean, I guess it's just one of those annoying technical glitches, but it happened every time we went on the ride except once. I only managed to get one e-mailed Buzz picture out of maybe 5 rides over two days in December!!! All the rest of our pictures did not come out. And the very first time I rode Buzz back in 2007, I saw the picture and it did come out, but it never arrived in my e-mail. It was lost forever.

In the case of Buzz, as you exit the ride, you will see screens with the pictures. You can't really miss it if you are even halfway paying attention to what's around.

No because when we first went to the monitors you could totally see him. Then when I touched it and it enlarged saying "Is this your picture" that's when he disapeared. He was in a lot of my pics last year when he was smaller so I don't think that was the problem unfortunately.
