I think it is after you go through the tunnel with the movie type things flying around. You can't help but be blinded by the flash is the next room!

Yea, you will know it when your car locks and you can no longer spin it. And you will see the large flashes going off. Just don't plan to do anything rude or crude or unDisney like with that knowledge--they will delete the photo immediately if it is not "family friendly".
