Buzz Birthday Ideas??

Can anyone help me out please?? DS2 wants a "Buzz Iteyear birfay" for his birthday in November. I'm thinking it will be easier to find things with the Toy Story movies coming back out in October to put on his cake or whatever. Any suggestions for fun things for little ones at a Buzz party?? He wants "Wittle Geen Men" on his cake. I bought a package of the Toy Story characters last time we were at Disney and will probably pick up something small when we're there in a couple of weeks if I see something cute to stick on the cake.

For my son's 3rd b-day he wanted Buzz. I visited a site called http://www.coolest-birthday-cakes.com/ to find a cute cake to make.
Excellent ideas for homemade cakes.

For games...
I posted a big picture of Zurg on the wall and bought a "Ion Blaster" from the dollar store (Ping pong ball shooting blasters). We each took turns trying to hit Zurg on the wall.

Dropped army solders into a small bucket to see how many each could get in.

Copied a few small pictures of "little green guys" and 1 of Buzz and 1 of Woody. Cut them and put them into balloons. Blew up each balloon and tied. Then each child got to pick X # of balloons to pop. If you popped one with Buzz or Woody inside, you won.
