We did a survey while at WDW on our last trip. I had specifiaclly mentioned Buzz and Woody. I mentioned that they need a backup greeting area at MGM in case of rain since this is the only place where we've been guaranteed to find them both together. On our MGM day it rained all day. From a light drizzle to something like a monsoon. Buzz and Woody weren't available for photos/autographs all day. I also mentioned it would be great to have a character breakfast with them. We got a phone call from someone at Disney after we got home. They said they would "take into advisement" our suggestion of a backup meet and greet location and said that they have lots of requests for a Toy Story breakfast but that it's just not possible. He said that the Buzz and Woody costumes were among the most difficult to see and move around in (which is why they stamp their autographs rather than sign) so while they know it would be quite popular, it's just not feasible.
I did say on that phone call that, as a Mom of 2 boys, we'd like to see more melas, meet and greets etc. geared towards boys. Maybe an "Adventurers Meal" with Peter Pan and Alladin etc. Everything is all about the princesses. It would be nice for the boys to have something to look forward to like that.
