buys dvc AP online or call over phone, connect to FP+

So, I need to buy a AP for my son.

Which way will get me the number on the voucher to link it to the FP+ so I can make ressies for my trip faster (as in sooner than later)?

Calling into DVC, or purchasing on the disney/dvc website?

With either you should receive a will call confirmation number that can be linked to MDX.
