Yes - and they do all ticketing. If you're near the Swan, they also have a ticket desk and there is hardly ever a line. Made for very convenient ticket buying!

Yes, there is a ticket booth at the gateway. We have even bought them there.

They have four windows at IG. One of them is always Guest Relations and any other open ones are ticketing. If only one is open, it is both ticketing and GR.

Every time I have had to use the IG ticket. Oort or guest relations it has been suPer crowded. I have gone twice during Food & Wine both times around noon and have had to wait almost an hour each time. I know that is a justly time, but I don't think I'll test out using that enterance for tickets again. Luckily I was just with friends and not my kids so nobody was whining too much!
