Hello!
We have rented DVC points from a friend, and our reservations at BLT have been confirmed and linked to our DME account.

I am about to purchase our tickets now, but I want to make sure I don't mess anything up.

If I purchase from a place like Undercover Tourist and link them to my DME account, will my group be eligible for the 60 day FP+ and Magicbands that come with on-side stays? Even though my on-site stay is through rented DVC points and the tickets are through Undercover Tourist?

Thank you!

Yes, if you linked your reservation to your MDE account & then link your ticket info once you purchase the "E-ticket" form Undercover tourist, you will be all set for the Fast Pass+ at 60 days... You should get an email reminding you as well, but I always set my alarm to remind myself! Remember everyone who is staying with you must be listed on the reservation & every one must have a ticket if over 3 & their names need to be the same, or the system will ask you to correct...

Magicbands are part of the onsite stay linked to MDE. That’s it. We have no tickets and won’t be getting any, but we have MBs on the way because we are staying onsite.

FPs at 60 days are also because of the stay, but tickets have to be on MDE first to unlock that option. Because I don’t have tickets, I can’t make FPs. Even though I’m actually inside of 30 days. Gotta have tickets ahead of time.

Ok, thank you all for your help! We haven't been to Disney since before MagicBands and FP+ existed, so this is all new to us! Thanks for helping me to understand! Off to buy our tickets... :)

Just an FYI, you can make dining reservation 180 days prior to your trip. I know it sounds crazy, but some spots do fill up very early,

Is this something we need hotel reservations and/or tickets in order to do? Or can anyone do it?
