Is there any advantage of where you buy your Disney World tickets? I am buying for several families with different amounts of days at parks. Is it better to get your dining reservations before you book the park? Is changing the days you go to parks okay at the places you recommend to buy tickets?

Authorized resellers may have special offers. Such offers change fairly often so keep an eye out. Short 1 or 2 day tickets are almost always best priced directly from WDW.

ADRs are not tied to tickets or theme park reservations.

You can change theme park reservations as long as there is availability in another park. Theme park reservations are done directly through WDW, not the authorized reseller.

Touring plans has a tool where you input your dates and party and it’ll tell you who you’ll get the cheapest tickets from.

Oh, I thought you needed a ticket in order to do adr?

No, It’ll just tell you to make sure you have a park reservation. I would make the park reservations first, to make sure you can get into the park you want to eat in and then do the ADRs

No. You can make an ADR without a ticket or a theme park reservation. But an ADR does not guarantee you entry to the park. In addition to the ticket, you may need a theme park reservation depending on the timing and whether it's your first park of the day. Since theme park reservations can be made earlier in advance, I would make those first simply to get it out of the way, but if you are already within 60 days it really doesn't matter which is done first.
