Buying things in parks and getting them back to the resort

Is the service still available where they'll deliver it to your on-property hotel for you so you don't have to lug around the merchandise you purchase in the parks? Haven't stayed on property in a couple of years so I wouldn't know. Thanks!

Unfortunately definitely not available anymore. Miss it terribly. Can’t even pick it up at the front of the park on the way out.

You purchase items, you carry them yourself.
It does not appear to have slowed down spending. I think it is gone forever since it has not Hurt Disney's bottom line.

I loved the service and miss it but have learned to work around it. I just shop around during the day and just before I leave I go get what I want. I have found some of the stores (mostly those not owned by Disney) will hold the item for you to come get it if you want.
