Buying/Selling Frequent Flyer Miles

Has anyone ever bought or sold FF miles? There are always listings on Ebay and Craigslist, and I recently came across 2 broker websites where people buy and sell as well.

Just wondering if anyone has ever done it, and what the result was.

ALL of the airline terms and conditons forbid the sale of FF miles. The airlines DO monitor these type of sites and have cancelled reservations. They will also take the account of the selller and any remaining miles. I would not recommend this.
