Hello! I've been to the world over ten times and have always purchased my park tickets directly through disney. This summer I am traveling with my sister, and I'm trying to help her do "disney on a budget". She mentioned getting tickets elsewhere to save money. Is there such a thing? Is this safe? If so, Where do you recommend? We will be getting 6 day non-hoppers. I'd love any advice on the topic, since I'm completely inexperienced in this area! TIA

One of the most trusted and recommended sites here is Undercovertourist.com. I'm the trip planner in our family and I've never had any problems using them. If you sign up for the Mousesavers.com newsletter, you can get a little bit more of a discount through UT by using the link in the newsletter. Taxes and Shipping are already included in the price.

I ditto undercovertourist.com.

You might want to check out mousesavers.com for more budgeting tips for your trip as well.

mousesaver sends out a link on the 15th of the month that gives you a discount at UT...not sure how much it is but every little bit helps right...

AAA members also get small discounts on tickets they buy through their local AAA office.

UT has never done me wrong no matter if I pick them up by SeaWorld at the UPS store or if they mail them.:thumbsup2

I agree with above posts those are great websites for discounted tickets.

We often stay outside of disney when we go and we run into many resorts offering discounted tickets you have to sit in on a timeshare presentation to get the tickets and these presentation often last more than 90mins and in my eye is not worth the time you loose when you could be in the parks.

Also one thing I have to mention is there are booths and even shops that try to look legit that sell used tickets from past tourists..:scared1: Run from these as not only is it illegal in florida to be selling them but you are spending a large amount of money on tickets and you are believing that they actually have days left on these tickets, and could end up leaving you out of money and/or worse.

I recently purchased ours through our local AAA office. We also got the Diamond parking pass with our tickets, which was a nice perk. :cool1:

Definitely sign up for the newsletter at mousesavers. The link they send out gives you a great deal on tickets. They may still even have some at last years prices (they just went up 1 1/2 weeks ago). Mine were shipped today from UT! WOOHOO! 10 day ph, no exp!

If you have a AAA membership you can purchase discounted tickets through them. We purchased 5 day park hopper tickets for $288.50 (with tax).... That's a big discount over buying them from Disney.
