Buying magic bands offsite

Hi Sorry if the requested info is available elsewhere ( I'm very much a novice here) but soo hoping someone can help with whether I can purchase magic bands for my family from the premium outlets on i-Drive as I'll be staying there for upcoming vacation on 6th October. Our first park hopping day is Wed 8th and wondering if the character warehouses there sell them and will link them to our park tickets we have already and take in our fast passes and DRs already made? It would help us get an early start - or am i best waiting until I get to TTC or MK to buy and link the bands?
