buying extra points from DVC

I need 77 points to complete my reservation and I am having a hard time with the rent/transfer/trade board as it seems most members want to rent via transfer. I could have swore I saw DVC material that said I could buy extra points from them (25 maybe?). Is this true or did I dream that?

You can buy up to 24 extra points once per UY for $15 each and expire in the UY of the vacation. They cannot be banked or borrowed and it must be done at the 7 month mark. They cannot be used to waitlist.

Yeah, not cheap but I guess convienient so they charge a bit more.

So I did all of my bookings this morning online and it turns out I need 32 points. I figured I could try to get another member to book me the one night (31 points) and I can buy 1 point from DVC to get my other 3 nights. Can I purchase that extra point online or do I have to do it through Member Services?
