Yesterday eve I sent an email to Marcelo @ Mason, and this morning he wrote back saying they were waiting on info from Fidelity. About 2 hours later the contract coordinator from Fidelity emailed and said they had completed docs and I should expect to get the closing docs soon. They arrived about 45 mins later. PHEW. I was able to sign, but wiring the money will have to wait until at least tomorrow. This time of year is busy. DD’s bday today, and DS’s field trip tomorrow.

I just did $7500 with masontitle.com last week.
