Buying DVC PAPs at WDW

We are heading to WDW next week and just heard about the discounted DVC PAPs. We'll be taking the Magical Express from Orlando to AKV and then onto the parks from there. We have our DVC ID cards, where can we go to purchase our discounted PAPs? Do they sell them at Member Services at all of the park entrances?

You have to have your DVC member card and a photo ID for everyone over age 18 that is purchasing the PAP.
