Buying Disneyland ticket at ticket booth

Are the Disneyland ticket booths open?
If so, when I buy a ticket at ticket booth,
can I also make a park reservation at the ticket booth?

From what I understand you do it on the app after you buy the tickets. I recently upgraded a ticket to a higher tier at the booth and doing so caused my park reservation to disappear. They couldn’t add it back for me, I had to add the new ticket to my app and reserve the day that way.

Seems like having a computer or smart phone is a necessity.

It is good that they still had reservations for the day that your reservation disappeared.
