Not everyone has the DVC affiliation automatically. We have tried to get our account fixed but they don't want to touch out accounts with pending reservations, tried again a couple of days ago.
Our issue is that our DVC account uses a user ID and our MDE account uses our email address to log in. They apparently have to have the same login.
OK! My Disney Experience knows I am a DVC member and an Annual Pass Holder, the pull down link gave me those options! I am so happy I did not have to call!
I have to mention that My Disney Experience does not automatically "know" about my DVC reservations. I have had to manually put them in. Because of that, I was skeptical that this would work....but yes...one happy person here.
