Buying diapers, wipes & swim diapers at WDW?

I have heard they do sell diapers and wipes as WDW, but I am worried about sizes since DD2 now wears size 6 diapers. Does anyone know if size 6 is readily available at the resorts or parks? We are staying at AoA specifically. Is there anywhere at WDW where you can buy swim diapers? Thanks! I know I can pack them, but our suit cases will already be packed to the max without considering diapers :faint:

You have a couple of options.

1. Order from gardengrocer.com
- They have a $50 minimum for delivery so if you needed anything else (sunscreen, breakfast items, etc) this might be a good fit for you.

2. Order from wegoshop.com
- You can choose where you would like them to shop and they also will deliver to your resort. There is no minimum but they do have a delivery fee.

3. Rent a car and head to a Target, WalMart, Publix, etc.

4. Order from Amazon and have it shipped to your resort.

Thanks for the tips! So I would just have it shipped to the resort under my name, or would I have to wait until I know the room number we will be staying in?

Thanks!

Yes, have it shipped to your resort within a week (not before) of your check in date. We purchased diapers for our daughter who was 15 months at our time of travel from amazon and it was delivered 3 days prior to our arrival. Bell Services held it until we got there. I called them (the resort) as soon as I got the email it was delivered to confirm. It was easy! :) The room number won't matter.

I would go with the advice of shipping if you can't take your own. Last summer shortly after DS was trained, he ended up sick at WDW where I needed to find something for him. The shop at ASMo didn't have diapers big enough for him but did have pull ups (which was fine since he was just out of pull ups within the previous 2 months and we just needed a back up plan)- but then I paid about $12 for 3 pack!

I'd suggest ordering if you have no more packing room (though I always packed and then had room for souveniers on the way home).

Not all locations (in the parks, for instance) may have all diapers at all times. When I didn't pack enough for our epcot day they didn't have my son's size. Also they only have huggies brand (I think, could be wrong, it's been awhile) and that was the one kind that didn't fit my son well.

Seriously question if you are going to be buying souvenirs on your trip. We go 2x a year and really don't buy many souvenirs anymore, but we always seem to come home with more than what we went with.

It might be worth it to pack the diapers (and possibly even some snacks and things like that) in an extra suitcase and then obviously those will be used up while down there and then you can use the extra suitcase to bring your purchases home. Even with bag fees (if you have them) it may work out to just be easier and cheaper than ordering things and having to ship souvenirs back home. I always pack the diapers with me and then that extra space comes in handy on the return home.

I shipped a bunch of items, grocery and other, from Walmart to our resort. It worked out beautifully. The packages were there and delivered to our room.

Walmart usually has either free or very low shipping rates.

This thread about shipping helps and you can find the address needed for each resort. (double check, as ours ASMo was listed incorrectly on the master list).

We always pack a small suitcase for our daughter with diapers, wipes, her food and bottles/sippy cups. On the way home it gives us space for the stuff we bought. This last trip she is on a gluten free/dairy free diet so we ordered almond milk through amazon and had it shipped to the hotel. It was great.

Thanks for all the advice, you're right, we will probably buy some souvenirs. Still the diapers, overnight diapers & swim diapers, snacks and wipes are taking up 2/3rds of her suit case, so I don't think we will get THAT many souvenirs. :rotfl2: Our trip isn't for a month, but I have already started trying to pack her suit case just to see what would fit. I would like to ditch the snacks, but she has been such a picky eater lately :sad2:

I suppose another possibility is taking less outfits for everyone and doing some laundry mid-week.

Thanks for posting the resort addresses!

Last trip I shipped to my hotel from diapers.com
All diapers and wipes plus food pouches and toddler snacks
Easy breezy it was waiting for me at check in
You can also use Amazon, and ship snacks and water bottles for everyone
