Buying charms for bracelets at the parks

I was trying to think of unique souveniers for my daughter and I for our next trip. Do they sell charms at the parks that can be put on charm bracelets??

yes, they do. They have inexpensive ones that clip on with lobster claw type clasps as well as the sterling silver fine jewelry type. We started a charm bracelet for my dd when she was 2 (she is now 7). We always buy a charm for the resort we are staying at, the princess that she dressed up as for Halloween etc. It is one of her favorite things to look at go over her memories of each charm.

I started the lobster claw type one for dd about 3 years ago. They sell them at almost every store in Disney. Now she has a bracelet filled and she's starting a necklace.

I'm 16 and I started a sterling silver charm bracelet many years ago, adding a new charm each year. The charm bracelet is a wonderful memory of my disney trips and just shows my love of disney. My only advice to starting the bracelet is that the sterling silver charms are a lot rarer than the "lobster claw" charms as explained by PP. Last November when I was in Disney I only found the sterling silver charms in the jewelry store on Main Street in MK as well as World of Disney in DTD. Another tip, the charms that you get are mostly link charms. A little circle link is given to be opened than attached to the charm and then attached to the braclet. My advice would to take the bracelet and go to a local jewelry store to get the charms welded together. You can attach them on your own, but they fall off easily. I ended up losing one of my charms because of this. Otherwise it is truly a wonderful bracelet and a great keepsake of memories. HTH!

To the last poster, my daughter is 16 too so it is nice to hear that you still like yours. I haven't suggested it to her yet but thought I might buy two bracelets before we go and the we can 'dress' them together during our two week trip. ......She has 3 brothers and her dad too so we are the only girls...so it is nice to do something pretty for the two of us! I was thinking something more lasting so likely the sterling ones although I love the idea of all the selection in the clipon ones.

I hear they sell the Chamilla bead charms, too. (those are the ones that fit on Chamilla/Pandora Bracelets). In case you want to spend even more money!

Pandora doesn't make Disney themed charms but the Disney Camilia charms will fit onto a Pandor bracelet.

DH bought me a Chamilla bead in WDW to go on my Pandora bracelet.

Also, he just got me another Disney one for Mother's Day by Chamilla that is so cute. It's a circle with stars and says "Dreams really do come true". Love it!

I started this for my daughter Decemeber 2008. She got it as a christmas present and LOVES her bracelet. My mil bought her a charm bracelet from some jewellery store (as my daughter is her only DGD) and we have been getting bracelets every time we go.
