Buying Bottled Water/Closest Store?

My daughter and I won't have a car and we are staying at the BW Stovalls. Where would the closest store with decent bottled water prices be? Target? Albertsons? We will have to walk.

There is a convenience store on Harbor & Katella but it'll probably be pricey. I'd consider taking ART to Target. It's not close enough to walk.
