Buying before July 1st??

As a first timer, if I were to buy into a sold out resort (BWV) through DVC directly what will I pay per point?

Is this price different for current DVC members adding on?

If I call today but have to wait beyond July 1st for my points (150) will DVC charge me the new rate? (and add closing costs?)

When you call MS to buy into DVC, the price you will pay is the price today even if you have to wait for whatever reason. If you agree to purchase today but do not close for 3 weeks or 3 months, you should not have to pay closing costs nor any price increases that may come along in the meantime.

I believe that the member add on price is $3 less than the new member price, but don't quote me on that one. Also new members have to purchase a minimum of 150 points thru DVC, while current members can add on as little as 25 points.

The current rate for BWV points is $95 per point (new). If you aren't picky about UY, I bet they come available before July. GOOD LUCK!!!

The only reason I know that Elaine is because I'm about to join you at the BW!!!!!! We decided to sell one of our SSR contracts to buy some points there. On the waitlist for an add-on. We are so excited.
