I'd be surprised if there weren't. Sorry, can't give you specifics (and I've been there), as we don't "do" beer or wine.

I was kind of surprised how expensive beer was in St. Thomas. Usually I debark in ports, and find beer for cheap. In St Thomas, places i found were about as expensive as on ship, so I didn't bother. Let me know if you find something. Heading back in April.
