buying BEACH CLUB direct from Disney???

we are at disney now and have an appt for a showing at saratoga scheduled...but we LOVE beach club and really want to buy there. What is the going price if its in their inventory? anyone know?

yesssss...looking into resale too! I was just curious if it was anywhere near the average resale cost...but at $115 a point...obviously not!

We spoke with a guide last week specifically about BCV. $115pp. He checked and they did not have all UYs and could not give previous years' points on our Feb UY. Resale looks like the much better option for BCV, even facing being ROFR'd.

i'm sure you know this, but i'll go ahead and say it for those who don't: whether you buy direct or resale, the BCV contracts end in 2042.

We purchased a small add on (50 points) from Disney. We waited initially MONTHS for points to be available and finally gave up. We went on the waitlist again this spring and the points came through in 2 days so you never know.

Not sure what how many points you are intending to buy. Small contracts, in general, are hard to find via resale (for any resort) and when they do pop up they tend to go very fast.

We paid $80 for a 64 point BVC in our use year...just jumped on it...and actually only got it cause the first buyer backed out.... Thankfully.
