Buying Annual Pass - impossible from europe

hi guys

maybe someone of you can help me a bit

im trying since january to buy annual passes via the website of disney world.

after checkout im always getting the same error ...cannot be completed at this time , try again later

i tried everything , writing my address in US style and more , tried different credit cards

BTW ..had not a single problem buying tickets and an annual pass for universal and for seaworld

that's really strange...could it be you need an american credit card for it to work?
did you try calling them to ask?

Calling them is much easier for European Guests.

I'd also suggest using a Currency card to do the conversion to avoid pesky exchange fees!

We've always called to do it. Much easier.
