It lets you go as far as putting in the payment and when it trys to process the payment is when the error comes back.

I can now remeber panicking thinking I wouldn't be able to buy AP's which is why I ended up buying then over the phone.

I have also followed Wayne's link, logged into the WDW website and have been able to reserve the tickets for 30 minutes and it even gives international delivery costs

Hmmm very odd, not sure how to get round this problem. I managed to get MNSSHP tickets online a couple of months ago. Looks like you need to call them to order.

I Will Keep Trying As Wayne Said He Had The Same Problem But Eventually He Managed To Get Them Online!!! If I'm Not Successful I Will Buy Them When I Go Over,,Will I Still Get My Discount For MVMCP?? I Did Read Somewhere That U Only Get Discounts If You Buy In Advance????

Yes you need to buy in advance, can be the previous day! But be aware only certain dates have this special discount.
