Buying a Heavenly bed at Westin Store?

Hi, after hearing how great the bed is at the Swan on an old Disboard thread, i found a link to buy it at the Westin Store. Has anyone done this? The chat rep said it is the same bed as the resort and that they make it to order. Reviews on Amazon say it is not the same and it sags. The last thing i want is another expensive bed that sags or wears out where i sleep. Has anyone actually bought it? They're also 25% off til tomorrow. Thanks!

I actually have a Sleep Number bed at home but the Westin Hotel heavenly beds really are heavenly! I Googled the reviews and I too am really surprised how poorly they rate for durability. They are basically a 12.5/13" Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattress. And if you Google "Simmons Beautyrest reviews" you get the same thing - they barely last a few yeas before they start sagging. I would just stay more often at Westin hotels and skip buying their mattress. Just my two cents.

I have a Serta iseries that i bought. It was amazing the first two weeks. I was happy to have spent $1300 on it... until day 15, since then it's saggy where i sleep and therefore, not supportive enough. I can roll to the right or left and feel like i'm going to roll back to the center, or scoot to the very edge, scoot all the way up near the wall, or all the way down with my feet hanging off...not worth $1300! Rotating doesn't help. I've disliked it ever since day 15. So, if after a few years they start sagging sounds like a dream.
