Buying 200, but want 235!

Is it correct that if I buy 200 from a resale, I can buy the additional 35 points I want from Disney even if the resort is not selling? (For example, VWL)

I just can't seem to figure this all out!

Correct. One exception is BLT which will have a minimum of 100 points for add-ons beginning 1/15/2009.

Current add-on minimums are 25 if paying cash/credit card and 50 if financed by Disney.

Yes, you might have to wait a while for them to be available, but yes, Disney will sell them to you.
