Buyer Beware!!!!

Two days ago I called WDW to add the dining plan onto my existing reservation for our October trip.After calling I went onto the WDW website to review and print my updated reservation.I thought the new balance was a little lower then I had previously calculated,and after looking at my new reservation I noticed the WDW rep. added the dining plan but deleted my trip insurance!!!!The next day I fixed the problem,but thankfully I checked immediately !!!Everybody check everything for yourselves,mistakes do happen.

This is my mantra. Everyone repeat after me...

"Every call to the Disney Reservations Center, is another set of hands on my reservation. Every hand that touches my reservation can screw something up."

Seriously, this is why I try to reserve my trip from the word go -- as I will want it -- and then leave it alone.

You know that old saying "Measure 6 times, cut once.." Well, this is the same idea, review 932 times if you like.. but reserve once.

Exactly the same thing happened to me last year! Not sure why adding the DDP means that the CM has to double check that the insurance hasn't been dropped. I always triple check everything.

Human error, mistakes happen. Glad you caught it though.
