Buy now or wait... FITS ticket POLL

I am wondering if I should just buy the FITS pass now. I can use the current one as we arrive on the 30th of May, but I wanted to wait because I can't really make best use of the breakfast voucher that comes with it. But if I wait and the price goes up then I don't really save anything. So it all comes down to what the new price will be. If the price goes up by more than $10 it would be better to just get it now.
So anyone want to guess with me. I am terrible about making this sort of choice. I hate not having all the data, but by the time I do it will be too late... So I promise not to whine, whatever happens... which way would you go? And why.

Haley we are going to be there the same dates as you and I already bought mine. They said you get a voucher that you must activate before the 31st. Its my understanding that when you redeem your voucher Disney gives you the breakfast voucher then so you would more than likely get one that has a later expiration date.
I bought mine now because Ticketmania had already raised their prices so I wanted to get them before PI did too.

I'm waiting for the 2005 tickets since we are not going until October. I LOVED these passes. We were there 11 days the last time and 14 days for this upcoming trip, so this is the only way to go!

Don't forget you would need a PAP to get the same type of options. My DH discovered DQ and has made a special request to spend more time there!

Haley I just read on another post that the FITS tickets from PI are going up in price tomorrow. You might want to call them and see if they are and if so you might want to buy them now.

after 5/31? I'm not sure how these passes work, but I'm considering one for my DD10. We're not going till Sept. I have two concerns with these passes. The first is if there is a decent chance that you will be going to WDW again before 5/05, an AP would be better. The AP also gives you a few dining and shopping discounts, and possibly a good resort disount. The other concern is the expiration date. Is there a possibility your trip may be cancelled or delayed? Having 3 DDs and a nutty ex, I always worry about this.
Could you call WDW and see if there are any AP discounts for your time period before buying the FITS pass? The savings may outweigh the price of the pass.
I'll probably be posting this same question in July or August- regarding DD.....

if you check the ticketmania website from the mousesavers link it does say that the prices will be higher on the new ones than those at the moment.

I went ahead and bought the FITS pass that expires on the 31st. I have confirmation that the 31st is the last day to activate it, not the last day to use it. I was worried about the same thing. It seemed a shame, though, to pay the price increase when I could activate it by the 31st. I was pretty torn over the AP question, but it is over $100 more and I really don't think my son will be back within a year. The AP room rate would only save me $37 total on this trip, so I went with FITS.

That I can't find these tickets listed on Ticketmania? No matter where I look on their site I couldn't find the FITS or the 10 Day World Pass. I ended up ordering the 10 Day World Passes at PIT instead because I never could find them. Can someone give me directions on their website to finding these passes. I don't see them listed under Disney.

if you are going back within the year the AP is the best but if not the FITS by far is the best deal if you are there for more that 7 days. AP does not include water parks and Disney Quest or pleasure island do they? Why can't you use the breakfast tickets?
oh do they expire the 31st? If you will be there the 30th use them the 31st. You can use them a more places then what is listed on the ticket. I'm going to use mine at Crystal Palace. its not listed but I read you can use them there.

They are not allowed to advertise the FITS passes so you have to ask for them when you call.

PAP's do incl these things. AP's do not.

Haley why dont you make ps for a character breakfast on the 31st? If your not doing a park that do you can still hit CM or Cape May.

I found out today that TicketMania will no longer be selling the FITS tickets. I was hoping to purchase for our june/july trip. Now trying to decide what to do.

What about PI? They had been selling the tickets as well.

I called Paramount yesterday as well. They are still selling the ones that expire on May 31, 2004. The girl I spoke with said they didn't know if they would be getting anymore, because Disney had not yet decided. She gave me the impression that they probably wouldn't have new ones.

Hope someone else gets better information.
