Hi we are from Australia and own at SSR and we want to add on at Aulani, I know that DVC wont talk to us here in Australia but we are going for a holiday to Hawaii in a few weeks and hoping to be able to ring them from there and get the paper work sent to us in Hawaii. Will they do this? if so how long does the paper work normally take to send?

Thanks

Some info that might help you...

I was at the Disneyland sales office this past Sunday signing our docs for Aulani. My guide told me that they have set up a small, temporary sales office at the shopping center across the street from the Aulani. She was saying they don't plan to have a huge sales staff there on a regular basis, but will call in senior sales guides from Disneyland when they have events. As a result, the senior guides at the Disneyland office are being asked to get their Hawaii real estate licenses.

So, it sounds like you could stop by the sales office when you're in Hawaii (if you're on Oahu). As far as docs go, when we bought our first contract, they printed the docs at the Disneyland sales center the same day. We bought in the morning and came back that afternoon to sign. When we bought Aulani, my guide offered to have us sign docs that they printed at the office as well, rather than wait for docs in the mail. If the Hawaii office has this capability then you should be fine.

If you're not visiting Oahu and need docs mailed, I heard other posters saying they received their docs in about a week.

We took a tour of the model villas onsite at Aulani on July 21st. They have a cast member standing outside the construction barrier under a Red Umbrella on the beach side to answer questions for passersby and arrange for sales tours. The sales office is open daily in the shopping center across the street and parking is available there. They are just now getting started with sales onsite and I don't think we would've found the sales office (upstairs & no signage yet) if we hadn't talked with the beachside cast member. If you are going in a few weeks, I imagine that they will have more signage up by then. It looks to be another great Disney resort!

Perhaps if you contact your guide at the DVC and ask to be connected with someone in Hawaii during your Hawaiian vacation. That way if you have a phone number and you are on another island, you can then call them and see if you can buy via phone then. Otherwise, you might be limited to actually going to Ko Olina on Oahu.
