Buy at DL or WDW? Incentives?

We have flipped back and forth about DVC for many years. I'm still not sure it is a "good fit" for my family, since we've loved every level of Disney hotel, and even enjoyed rental homes and hotels/timeshares offsite! BUT, I can't seem to get DVC off the brain!!! (Never should have stayed at BWV!!!)

Here's the current situation: We are seriously considering buying into DVC, and would be content with SSR (site unseen) and if addonitis strikes, I'd try to pick up some BWV points. We will be at DL soon, and WDW in Dec. Does anyone know what the current incentives are at DL? Are they the same as WDW, or do they still include free APs at either location?

There is so much talk about a California DVC that you might want to wait a few weeks to see if that happens. That would be a more convenient home resort for you living in Las Vegas. I think the incentive is about the same at both places, just different tickets.
