Buy 4 get 3 free banner

I definitely booked my August 4/3 deal sometime in Feb. I remember being upset that it only went thru June & when they extended it to August, I jumped on it!

Just can't remember what part of February it was, I think I booked it around the 20th.

HTH!

Thank you so much! No lets hope they offer the deal again!:goodvibes

for the 4/3 deal, did you have to stay 7 nights? OR if you were only staying 6nights could you get the next 2 free?

You did not have to stay for 7 nights. If you stayed for 7 nights it was about a 43% discount 3/7, if you stayed 6 it was about a 33% discount 2/6 and if you stayed for 5 it was about a 20% discount 1/5.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get this twice for a 14 day stay or are the remaining days after "7" days just regular price?

I believe that you can - alot of people reported doing this but you would have to book two separate packages including at least a 1 day ticket per package. You can link the reservations but you might have to change rooms at the start of the second reservation. I'm sure someone else might have some more info. HTH

We booked March 20-something for our Aug 4-11 trip. We booked it a few days before the deal expired. I think the expiration date was March 26th. We originally booked AKL but we changed resorts sometime in May. They do let you change resorts but you must have the deal booked by the expiration. We were able to add the dining plan, but at full cost. For some reason you could not add the wine plan though. Hope that helps. :)

Oh I hope they offer this again! We LOVED it !

I think in that case you should book 2 individual stays (why not try 2 different hotels, as by 7 days you will be ready to try a new one). When we stayed in June for 9 days we booked this offer, and they just called it a Buy 6, get 3 free, so still just the 3 free. Which still shaved about $400 off of the originals AAA discount ressie I already had (at a moderate), so I was happy about that.

Yes you absoultey can do this...I just did it July Aug. I had 7 nights with 10 day base ticket and QSDP. Then I did another 7 nights with 1 day base with QSDP. So I got 2 sets of mugs, and I still have the 4 1 day passes to use towards our next vacation.:thumbsup2 I did not have to change rooms as they put continuing res, but still not a guarantee. I also let my friend use my 4 new mugs that were not used to take on her Disney vacation....she will be landing soon as a matter of fact (lucky her).

I've never pretended to be a Math whiz so I need some help.

In the hope that the buy 4/get 3 free deal comes out, I am putting together a scenario or two. But, I need ya'll to tell me if I am doing this correctly.

Would I price out a 4 day vacation and get the total. Turn around and price out a 7 day vacation and get the total. And, then, subtract the difference to get the total savings if the buy 4/get 3 free deal comes out? I know it won't be right on the money but wouldn't it give me an idea?

Gosh, I hate math!

Yes, that would be the savings, provided you do NOT do the dining plan on the price quotes. The dining plan was paid for the entire length of stay, not just the first 4 days. Also make sure you quote "4 nights, 4 day tickets" vs "7 nights, 7 day tickets", with the tickets being BASE tickets (no park hopper or add ons).

The 4/3 offer was extended through August 15th. I booked our summer vacation as late as I possibly could using the deal--we were at the GF August 8-15.

Do you remember when you booked that?
It is all water under the bridge now, but when I was looking at it in ???,
It ended like June or something, so wouldn't work. Needed "school's out" time--hot as the dickens summer.:rotfl::lmao:

I know for sure I booked Feb 9th for my 4/3 deal for July/Aug...that was the first day you could book for those dates...I did it at 7am..:thumbsup2

I just came on and saw this thread and am excited. I went last May for our first time with this deal and it was amazing. Especially seeing how we are a family of 6 and paid for 2 rooms at All stars, this was a huge help.

Right now we are planning on Sept. 2010, but not too sure I want to go at that time anymore. I'm really thinking of April or May again, but if this came out it would be a definite GO.... I'll be looking out.

We took advantage of this deal during Spring Break this past March...it was great...we loved it. Crossing my finger that they offer it again. Right now we have a room only booked for next Spring Break, but will upgrade our package if they offer it again!

We did this deal last January and are hoping to go again next February - if a great deal comes out. But I did the math, and for me, the best deal is free dining. We stay at Pop. The 4/3 deal can save you a lot of money if you're going deluxe, or even moderate, but only about $300 for a week at Pop. In February a week would cost me $2090 (including QS dining) with the 4/3 and only $1638 with free dining. Even if they have the $200 gift card...still less savings.
