I don't know about that ticket, but you can go to the Universal website and buy the five day bonus pass for the price of a two day ticket. It's good for five consecutive days from the first day of use.

Yes you can but you need a Fan Club card. The ticket is offered on the Universal Fan Club Website. Just got mine about a week ago. They're a great value.
