Button then zip or zip then button?

Button then zip. Otherwise you can mess up the zipper.

It would be funny if you posted a poll instead of just asking the question... even funnier if you included: Other - I have button fly jeans! :rotfl2:

Button then zip. Buttoning sort of holds my fat together thus making it easier to zip.;)
 
I remember the good old days of my youth -- the late 70's/early 80's. Button, then put wire hanger in the little hole in the zipper, then pull up and zipper! :thumbsup2 Or sometimes you had your friends help you button (pulling the sides together) before you could begin the wire hanger zippering. :laughing:

Now it's just plain old button then zipper.
 
I actually had to think for a second on how I do it, lol. Button, then zip.

Ahhhh I remember those jeans as well. Then you didn't ever eat or drink a thing, you would not want to get stuck in the bathroom with a pair of jeans you could not zip!

Depending on how "good" the weekend before was........after I lay on my back on my bed, with knees bent, sucking in the flab while slightly lifting the butt for maximum tightness and flab reduction,
I button, then zip.....
Then I roll off the bed and stand and slightly bend forward to stretch the denim ever so slightly, so that I can breath........
 
My weight is in my hips and butt. If I can get the jeans past my hips, then I'm good to go.
 
Honestly, I had to get dressed before I could answer this...apparently it's automatic, but the button was done first :)

:rotfl2::rotfl2: EXACTLY! You either stood up stiff as a board or rolled off the bed. Obviously this was YEARS before stretch denim. :laughing: And don't forget having to put your shoes, sneakers on before you started the process. How many times I'd have to do it all over again, because I forgot to put my shoes on first. :rotfl:
 
Button, then zip. I like to wear really tight jeans so if I zip first, I fear that I'll zip my underwear in there too.
