I understand I can get one in Starring Rolls in Disney Studios. Anywhere else in Disney Studios or especially anywhere else in WDW?

Thanks and yum!

do they run out of these cupcake early? Im thinking of bringing one back to our resort after we are done which will be around 1:00.

I have a friend who tried one and they're mostly icing. If you're not into icing try the Butterfinger cheesecake or brownie at Sunshine Seasons.

We were able to get them at about 11am on a Saturday. I don't know what time the bakery actually closes.

We didn't have any trouble getting one in the afternoon. It may depend on the time of year you go too.

Taking it back to the resort is a good idea. We had two last time we went. The first one, we took back to the room and shared it for dessert that evening (between 4 of us!) Delicious! Then we got one another day in the park and ate it right away. It was cold from refridgeration and didn't taste nearly as good as when at room temperature.

I agree that they have way too much vanilla icing on them. But it's still worth it for the butterfinger and chocolate shell and cake that has a big fudgeball filling. I eat the chocolate shell then push off the icing then eat the fudge and cake.

Of course I was sharing it with 3 other people...so it was doable.

DO NOT ATTEMPT ALONE!

So Starring Rolls is the only place to buy them right? Anybody see them anyplace else? And I am all about the icing LOL!

I don't know where else to get them but I do know that Starring Rolls closes early, I found out about that when I tried to get one on my way out at about 7p :sad2:

:surfweb: how the heck did you do that ??

For the others I'm pretty sure the bakery that has this (WAY too sweet for my tastebuds) closes at about 4 pm

It's a website called "Let Me Google That For You." It was developed by someone who was tired of people asking questions that can be easily answered by a Google search. (No offense to the OP. In an attempt to find an answer for you, I did my initial search using Google. When I saw all of the results, it made more sense to present all of them, not just one possible page. Plus, it's hilarious.)

The URL is lmgtfy.com. Just type in the search terms and click search. LMGTFY will create a URL (look below the search box) that you use as the link. When the link is clicked, LMGTFY plays an animation of the search terms being entered into the Google search box. What's really funny is the text on the screen while the animation plays. It's classic!

I found this on a state-wide newsgroup. People kept asking questions like "Where can I find a rubric for a wiki assignment?" or "What software comes installed on the computers?" The irony is that all of the newsgroup members are technology integration coaches from all around the state. Eventually, one of the coaches posted a link to LMGTFY. I LITERALLY laughed out loud when I saw it.

Thank you so much Mike what a terrific idea ! Its now going to be in my toolbar. Amazing what people know around here Ruthie

As far as the cupcake goes...you may want to temper your expectations a bit. I was drooling over this and the chocolate peanut butter cupcake for months. Finally, I made my way to Starring Rolls, ordered one, took a bite... it wasn't that great...at all...I took a couple of bites to see if I was "missing something"...gave the rest to one of my kids who liked it. I was so disappointed! My advise would be to only buy one to start with and plan on sharing. If you think it is the best thing you've ever had--get back in line and order another one!

I didn't think the flavor or texture of the cake itself was too good...Just a day or two before that, I had ordered the little mini chocolate cake from Studio Catering (I think) and, IMO, it was ten times as tasty. If you like those little packaged cakes with the sprinkles from the QS--your cake flavor and texture will be much different with the famed cupcakes!

I wish I would have purchased one of those instead!

These cupcakes are only sold 2 places at WDW. Starring Rolls and at Disney Quest. We tried them all and my favorite is the marble, didn't actually care for the chocolate pb at all.
