I know you can get soda refills around the park in these for $.89 but can you also get refills of the ciders or pumpkin fizz at Three Broomsticks? Also, does anyone know how much the Hogs Head souvenir mug is (and do you have to purchase the Hogs Head Brew in it or any alcohol)?

Yes you can get cider or pumpkin fizz refilled at the discount rate in a butterbeer mug.

As for the second part of your question, I'm not sure. I got my Hog's Head mug years ago and keep it as a souvenir. Not sure on its refill policy.
