Okay, here is my two cents, not sure what popular opinion is on this, but it works for me. I am of the mindset that if you deny yourself something you really love you are setting yourself up for disaster, so I make it a point to allow myself a treat once a week. I feel if I know I am going to have a treat than I am more likely to stick to the program. If I say to myself I can no longer have something I want i that much more. For me, it is working because I have lost 14# in 6 weeks and I have still enjoyed my favorite treats. Katholyn is right, start over again right away. Good luck.
