Busy times for DVCers?

I keep reading about how busy times at the parks do not necessarily coincide with busy times for booking DVC properties.

When are the high times for DVCers?

Dec 1 -14 - great time to go!!! all the christmas shows and decorations - it is just lovely....

Sept 30 - Nov 12 - food and wine festavial at Epcot - another great time to go!

To be a little less specific, there are two things that help make a time "busy" for DVC: lower points (for example, early December) or annual events (Food & Wine(?), Flower Show, MNSSHP, MVMCP, etc).
