Busy signal

has anybody else tried to call in recently? I understand they're busy, but both yesterday and today I've tried to call MS literally over 100 times both days and gotten a busy signal every time. Its very frustrating!

I'm really getting frustrated with DVC overall. Disney charges a premium price and over the last few years at least, it seems like they are not delivering a premium product

it can’t hurt, but I sent an email hours ago and no response yet. Tried the phone all day also and never got through. I need to get mde party fixed .

Ok I've officially had it. I made it through just to hear "member services is experiencing a system outage and we invite you to call back later." then it hung up.

Email from last week (Wednesday) no response yet
I think I calculated 104-106 call attempts before entering the queue. I was rapid dialing on two phones (cell and office line).

Final count 6 hours 31 minutes only to be told to go direct to ....hey take a survey and call back later.

Online I can log in but the plan vacation feature is down. 7 dwarfs screen error.

Yeah, the main reason I called was their website was down and couldn’t cancel a trip (sort of their fault) and their failure to articulate clearly the “points are unborrowed policy” (completely their lack of insight/communications).

Their phone lines wouldn’t be so clogged if both of these were fixed.

Tonight, the message said DVC had a system crash, use the website. If the website could take care of my issue, I would have used it in the first place.
Not expecting the phones to be any better Tuesday.

Really? There is no DVC. No phone contact, no EMAIL reply's - DVC is , based on performance, out of business.

I tried calling all day yesterday. I finally got through around 5:30 PM. Probably was on hold for about an hour before CM came on. He said it was extremely busy all day.

I called the 407-566-3800 number.

Was onhold with DVC for about an hour this afternoon. Not much help, except to say many are having the same problems.
On hold nearly 3 hours with IT tonight . . .
