Busy Signal at Member Services?

I can't seem to get through to Member Services today. It keeps going to a busy signal. Anyone know why?

It really is a busy day. I called at 9AM this morning and still had to wait a bit. Someone said that things got very bad at 9:40 when a message came on that all circuits were busy.

Have you tried to 407 number? Or just wait a bit until after lunch hour. I hope you do get through.
