Has anyone had any luck with re-attaching a prong to the back of a pin?
One of my Lucky Fortune Cookery prongs broke off the first time I wore it.
-- Of course once we RETURNED from CA!
DH used liquid nails and reattached the prong. That worked until the next time I removed it from the card.
I can return the pin to TDS, but would rather get a replacement. I e-m'd DL. Cross my fingers on a positive response.
I also took this pin to a jeweler's yesterday. They said they can sodder (sp?) the prong back on. BUT they would not guarantee that the heat would destroy the front of the pin.
Who else has had their backs broken?
