There is only 12 express buses which we rode yesterday and it was great! But there is a ton more people imo that are making the parks busier than I have seen before.
I agree. We just got back today and rarely waited more than 10-15 minutes for a bus. Maybe we were lucky!Yeah, it's definitely the holiday crowds kicking in now. Both times that we've been there at Christmas the crowds were pretty tolerable until the 21st or 22nd then it got really crazy. Not just the numbers of people but the mood. I got the impression that A LOT of people arrived around then that had long and stressful travel because there were short tempers and meltdowns galore.
We waited almost 90 minutes for a bus from Coronado to AK last week. Missed a Safari FP and almost missed a Tusker res. Went to guest services at the AK entrance and they were awesome.
8:30am-10:00amThat's unusual for CSR. Would you mind sharing more details? What time and bus stop?

Bus stop #4
I didn't inquire as to why it happened. It honestly was the only time during our 9-days that we had an issue with the busses. There were multiple busses that showed up for other parks multiple times that day. All in all we were very happy with the transportation. I suppose any time there are complicated logistics involved there is a reasonable level of mistakes that can be expected. As I mentioned in my PP, guest relations at Animal Kingdom was very understanding and they were able to reschedule our Safari FP and Tusker House seated us with no wait.Wow. Did they give you any explanation as to why that happened? Considering bus stop 4, it isn't as if the buses would have been full and bypassing you. That's pretty awful.

And then THAT system would become completely overwhelmed. No thanks.Agree-the Express Park to Park buses should be part of the Park Hopper/AP ticket benefits.
I think that benefit alone might "entice" more sales of Park Hoppers and APs.
I would be requesting a ride from Lyft if the bus didn't show up in 10 minutes.
Mears runs a few wheelchair-lift equipped taxis in the WDW area. You would probably have to call Mears to request one, although I have on occasion seen one sitting at a theme park taxi stand. I don't know how long you might have to wait for one to be available.Random question, partially on topic.....can you get a taxi that can carry an ECV?
